Hi Reader,

What season are you in energetically right now?

For me, October was...whoa.

In the past month, I:

>> Wrapped up Therapist Chillout 2025 and formally opened the call for co-hosts in 2026.

>> Created, promoted, and delivered Pitch Party. It was inspiring to hear everyone's pitch topics. 🤩

>> Hosted a live-only Human Design workshop with Jes Lock, then taught Lead Magnet Magic to PractiSage Therapist Collective and Mates in Mind.

>> Recorded another episode with Cecily Sailer as a recurring guest on her podcast for Creative Spirits.

>> Read Tarot for a local group practice on Samhain no less!🦇

It was a lot of public-facing time that felt meaningful and right for the season.

But now I am definitely ready to slow down.

October wasn’t all work, though.

In between events, I made sure to watch Love is Blind: Denver (painful), attend my intuition classes, and put Trader Joe’s Garlic Dip on everything I could.

Oh, and enjoy the Denver Botanical Garden’s Halloween Event. 🎃

A glowing path lined with carved jack-o’-lanterns at dusk, with visitors walking through a garden illuminated by red and purple Halloween lights.

Even when I’m doing the things that I love, my body doesn’t always cooperate.

I had to navigate a couple of pain flares (always humbling), and a near-miss of unintentionally leaving a candle burning for several hours while I was out of the house. Yiiiikes.

October was a culmination – a harvest, if you will – of all the seeds I've been planting this past year: settling into cohabitation with my partner, experimenting with different offers, allowing my witchy side to be seen, and opening to more community and connection.

As we head into November, what season do you feel like you’re in?

Are you slowly settling into the quiet reflection of winter (like me)?🧣

Do these festive months draw you toward more activity and joy?

Or are you somewhere in between: craving stillness and nurturing sparks of inspiration?

Hit reply to tell me. I'm curious how your inner season reflects—or contradicts—the natural world.

Whatever season you're in, I hope that you can settle into it fully.

xo, Ari

P.S. Yes, I'll be slowing down a bit, but I'll still be writing to you weekly. Sending you these notes is one of my favorite things to do, regardless of what season I'm in.

However, if you are in a quieter season, I've added the option to snooze my newsletter for 1 month. Scroll to the bottom of this email to choose it anytime you need your inbox to be a bit quieter. (Inspired by Bev Feldman of Your Personal Tech Fairy 🍄)

P.P.S. Before we go: here's a little belated Halloween humor for my non-profit peeps that still has me laughing (and cringing). And this one's for my fellow dog-lovers. 🐶
