Reader,
While I came out as queer many years ago, for the past year I've allowed my witchy, spiritual side to become more visible by:
But, when I started my tarot-themed newsletter (what you're reading now), it was a quiet offshoot.
It began as a waitlist, but it was really an experiment.
...Will people even buy my tarot readings?
...Can I embrace my intuition and still be a successful business owner?
...Will people think I've gone completely off the rails?
It felt so tender to put this part of myself out there. I needed to keep it contained, revealing it at a pace that would not blow out my delicate nervous system.
But something unexpected happened.
The more I read Tarot for clients, researched seasonal rituals, leaned into daily intuitive practices, shared my (at times heretical) POV, or wrote joyously about witchy topics:
The more I felt myself bloom. 🌸
Growing, shining, and expanding — unable to contain this energy in a small corner of the internet.
It even drove me to pilot this offer blending strategy and intuition.
This part of me — that plans life based on phases of the moon, savors my morning tarot spread, dives deep into the esoteric — is evolving.
It can no longer be divided, depressed, or hidden.
So, I'm taking another step out of the broom closet:
I’m integrating these monthly missives into my primary newsletter, The Weekly Wordsmith, and inviting you along with me.
This will be the last edition of The Mystic Messenger, for now.
If you want my witchy musings through a lens of business, marketing, or writing, make sure to join me here.
You'll be in good company with 1,100+ therapists and wellness professionals doing the deep work to express their heart’s calling, write copy that emotionally resonates, and market in a way that's true to them.
If that's not you, and our journey ends here, I so appreciate the path we've traveled together. Whether you've been here since the beginning or joined recently, you have been instrumental in this next step.
I'll be shifting quietly, but clearly, into a more intuitive and embodied expression of myself, and I'd love for you to come with me.
I'll see you there. 🚪🌈
xo Ari
P.S. I'm coming out of the "broom closet" — in my email marketing, that is! The Mystic Messenger is ending, for now, and being integrated into my primary newsletter, The Weekly Wordsmith. No more division. I’m letting my intuitive side become more visible and inviting you along for the experiment. Watch it unfold at The Weekly Wordsmith.
If you don't join The Weekly Wordsmith, and this is the end of our journey for now, thank you so much for being here. 💜
