Crafting Heart-Centered Copy
I had an amazing convo with Sindee Gozansky on The Heart-Centered Therapist Podcast, where we explored how the skills we use as therapists can translate into crafting authentic, client-centric copy.
We dove into how heart-centered messaging can help therapists grow and scale their practices. Plus, I shared tips on overcoming perfectionism, addressing client objections (often overlooked by therapists), and crafting inclusive, resonant copy.
If you’re curious about how heart-centered copy can help you start, grow, or scale your practice, this episode is for you.
Client Spotlight: Dr. Laura Spiller
Founder of Heights Couples Therapy & PractiSage Therapist Collective
Dr. Laura Spiller is a passionate community builder who runs a thriving group practice and the PractiSage Therapist Collective in Houston, Texas.
Working with Laura over the years has taught me so much about building relationships, fostering community, hosting engaging events (her Networking Scavenger hunt was hands-down brilliant!), and staying grounded in purpose, no matter the obstacles.
Whether I’m supporting her with newsletter content, website copy, or offering copy coaching to her community members, I’m continually inspired by her generosity with knowledge and dedication to her vision.
Even if you’re not in Texas, I invite you to explore the calendar of events so you can attend free workshops about running a sustainable practice.
[NEW] Cozy Cowriting Sessions
Join us February & March 2024
To support my fellow therapist writers & creators, I launched a free winter offering Cozy Cowriting Sessions to help you get your writing done in an intimate space of communal coziness.
With a low-pressure, anti-hustle approach, Cozy Cowriting Sessions are especially nurturing for neurodivergent or highly sensitive writers. You’ll be offered an optional prompt at the beginning of the session to guide your energy during your work.
Gentle check-ins at the beginning and end of the call allow an easy transition to start and end your writing. You can join and leave as you need.
Introducing The Mystic Messenger
A witchy newsletter for the woo-curious
When I started advertising my Tarot Readings last year, I began with a waitlist. (Something I recommend for anyone piloting a new offer.)
This waitlist turned into a niched newsletter, The Mystic Messenger. With a newfound outlet for my spiritual musings, I could share tarot insights that had been on my heart for years. Subscribers would reply with questions, inspiring me to write blogs like this one and inspire more words to share.
When you join, you can receive tarot insights, seasonal spreads, and meaningful rituals to deepen your spiritual practice—plus be the first to know when my calendar opens for readings.
That’s a wrap for January Insights.
