The next time you're working a headline, crafting a new service, or simply needing a little extra ~zing~ in your copy...
Upgrade your adjectives. 💪
Adjectives are the words used to describe people, places, or things.
They have untapped potential to help make your copy more engaging to your ideal client.
Here's an example from one of my favorite allergy-friendly cooking blogs.
Notice the impact of the highlighted words.
Pictured: Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Cups, Foolproof Basque Cheesecake, Perfect Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
By adding a strategic word or two, this chef made her recipes more appealing—increasing the likelihood that her ideal readers would click on them.
For example:
>> Craving an advanced culinary experience? Try the Perfect Roasted Pumpkin Seeds.
>> New to baking? The Foolproof Basque Cheesecake is calling your name.
>> On a time crunch? You'll choose the Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Cups.
You don't need to reserve this strategy for holiday-themed recipes. Use better adjectives on your home page, marketing emails, social media posts, and more.
You probably won't use the term "roasted" in your copy (er, you never know), so I rounded up words more applicable to therapists, healers, and wellness professionals, like you. ⬇️
