Survey: Email Marketing for Therapists & Wellness Practitioners

Chance To Win a Free Copy Coaching Session

Email marketing helps you nurture current and prospective clients, stay connected to your network, and build credibility as an authority.

Even so, many therapists and wellness professionals hesitate to use it, whether due to ethical concerns, visibility fears, or lack of know-how.

Enter This Survey: I want to hear about your experience with email marketing as I create an offer to help you feel more confident using email marketing to sustain, grow, or scale your practice.

What’s in it for you? Complete the survey by April 1st, 2025 for a chance to win a 30-minute Copy Clarity Session with yours truly. (It’ll be fun, I promise.)

🫱🏻‍🫲🏽🔄 Consent Check: You will not be sold anything by completing this survey unless you consent to hear about it in the survey or are currently on my newsletter. As a newsletter subscriber, you are always given the option to opt out of any promotions that don't interest you.

Cozy Cowriting Sessions

Join us in March 🖊️

To support my fellow therapist writers & creators, I launched a free winter offering Cozy Cowriting Sessions to help you get your writing done in an intimate space of communal coziness.

With a low-pressure, anti-hustle approach, Cozy Cowriting Sessions are especially nurturing for neurodivergent or highly sensitive writers. Gentle check-ins at the beginning and end of the call allow an easy transition to start and end your writing.

You can join and leave as you need. No pitch, no pressure, all cozy.

Top Performing Emails In The Past Year

Plus a free spreadsheet to track your email analytics

Keeping the 2024 Wrapped trend from January Insights, here are my top 10 best-performing emails.

Meanwhile, this email had the highest unsubscribe rate. I suspect its witchy vibe may have turned off some folks or–maybe kitchenware is controversial? It’s a good reminder to segment your content by interest when possible. (That’s why I now have this underground newsletter for my witchy content.)

Want to spot audience trends more easily?

When you're consistently sharing content via email or social media, it's easy to get caught up in the extremes. You hyper-focus on your latest email's performance or avoid your metrics altogether. But both can skew your perception of how your content is truly performing and which trends resonate with your audience over time.

Snag the spreadsheet my team and I use below to gather meaningful metrics for your email marketing.

Don’t Start With Your Home Page

Introducing Spiralic Writing

Last year, I realized I was going about writing websites all wrong. Historically, when writing a website, I’d take a LINEAR approach–write pages in the order that clients read them. Homepage → About page → Service pages → Contact.

But after writing 30+ service pages in 2024, I saw how starting with the most specialized pages created the best messaging and most writing ease.

I call it a SPIRALIC approach to writing websites. (Spiralic = like a spiral). It means starting from your core inspiration and working outwards. For most therapists and healers, it means to begin with your service pages.

Give it a try?

Interview with Canvas Rebel

AI, Creativity, and My Journey to Copywriting

In my interview with CanvasRebel, I shared my journey as a conversion copywriter and licensed therapist, and how these two professions unexpectedly blend and inform each other.

You’ll learn the heart of why I do what I do and how to explore ways to uncover your unique creativity. (Yes, you’re creative!) I speak to the rise of AI in the copywriting industry, both highlighting its potential while stressing the irreplaceable heart and nuance of human-crafted content.
